Tempered Glass & Heat Strengthened Glass

Tempered Glass & Heat Strengthened Glass can both be made into two shape – the flat and the curved.

With the inner control standard for roller wave of 0.076mm/300mm, higher than the ASTM standard for roller wave of 0.15mm/300mm, the flatness of our glass is well controlled. The maximum size for our oversized Tempered Glass & Heat Strengthened Glass is 3660mm×20000mm.

As for our oversized curved Tempered Glass & Heat Strengthened Glass, the maximum size reaches 3660mm×18000mm, with the minimum Radius of 500mm.

 

We also attach great importance to quality guarantee. With the best glass tempering lines Glaston imported from Finland, we are in possession of advanced facility to ensure the excellent performance and quality of our glass. Besides, we calibrate the heat soak testing furnace every year according to the worldwide recognized EN14179 standard. As a result, our Tempered Glass & Heat Strengthened Glass have achieved quality certificates complying with AS/NZS2208, ASTM C 1048, MS 1498, TIS. 965-2560.

 

Laminated Glass

Our laminated glass comes with wide options of the inter-layers: PVB, SGP, Saflex DG film, EVA, and etc. Multi-lamination glass is also available. Architects can choose the right laminated glass best suited their projects.

The maximum size of Togen oversized laminated glass is 3660mm×20000mm. We are certified by Kuraray to produce SGP laminated glass. And our laminated glass has achieved quality certificates complying with AS/NZS2208, ASTM C 1172, MS 1498, TIS.1222-2560.
